Charles Cave (White Lies): Being a musician is very selfish and I’m totally aware of that. It’s selfish in a way that your career and your hobby are pretty much 100% for you, you’re doing it for yourself. Whether it’s creative satisfaction or career achievements, it’s still selfish. But that’s fine, you’ve got to do things for yourself. We’re very loving and charitable people with our friends and family, so we don’t feel guilty about kind of rocking out solo (smiles).
